Join us for a 2-hour Sacred Body Wisdom Workshop on JNune 29th to Anchor into your Soul's Truth, Embody your Power, and Reclaim your Sovereignty. No Experience Needed. You will receive Activations, Embodiment Practices & Teachings so you learn how to:

 

* Move stagnant energy, suppressed emotions, and old trauma out of your body

 

* Attune to the frequency of your soul

 

* Activate your creative, sexual life force energy

 

* Release body shame as you reclaim your body as holy

 

* Access your subconscious mind so you can align your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and choices to your soul's truth

 

* Increase your capacity to love yourself and others We will gather in circle at 4:30 p.m. at Grounded by Yoga. Feel free to bring a snack to eat during a short break as well as your water bottle. Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided. We will end at 6:30 p.m., but you are welcome to stay afterwards to ask any unanswered questions. This Workshop is open to all levels, whether you are just beginning an embodiment practice or are an advanced student.
