Come enjoy a mini hibernation rest and reset at the Bristol studio. We will work on meridian lines in an hour and 15 minute Yin practice. Followed by 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. The guided meditation uses a guided verbal body scan where we find stillness in Savasana.
Please bring any blankets, pillows, your favorite fluffy socks and any other items that may provide you more ease with finding stillness. Hot tea is provided after class to help with slowly come back into the world after finding deep rest.
