At the same time, the number of individuals reporting neck and back pain has increased massively, with one study reporting nearly 50% of participants complaining of neck or shoulder pain.
Join Yoga and Functional Movement instructor Gillian Soder for this workshop to unwind physical tension through a gentle physical movement practice with special attention to the muscles affected by “Tech Neck”. Learn how unbalance in these tissues can have far-reaching effects in your overall wellness.
Leave this workshop with tools to assist in releasing tension in the jaw and neck, simple practices that can be utilized throughout your day to support this area of the body, and an understanding of the anatomical implications of habitual patterns with technology.
