By signing and agreeing to participate in our auto-pay program, you understand that the auto-pay pass will automatically be charged to your credit card or bank account. We cannot accept cash or cheques for this pass. The payment will be debited from your credit card or bank account on a monthly recurrent basis on the same date as original purchase for the following 6 months.
Auto-pay passes cannot be refunded or transferred. Auto-pay passes can only be put on hold in case of medical incapacity to participate in yoga or fitness classes, which must be confirmed with a note from your physician. Upon receipt of a doctor's note the pass will be put on hold until you can return to yoga or fitness classes. While the pass is on hold it remain inactive, but the duration will not be changed. The 6 months must be completed.
Clients may not use any discount codes or promotions, including the student, senior, and corporate discount codes. If you are unable to pay for an auto-pay pass, the pass will be disabled in accordance with the signed contract until payment is received.
