As a community, it can be hard to remember what it means to nourish and relax our bodies and minds. We can forget why it is important to hold time for such practices. Join Kristen Beaulieu in this extended practice to learn and experience what it means to truly rest and restore our bodies and minds.

All props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own pillows, blankets, and mats. You will receive a handbook to take home and support your personal restorative practice.
