This is a 30 min assessment utilizing our Fit 3D Scanner where a coach will walk you through the process to acuratly capture your bodyfat %, lean mass, posture, balance, base metabolic rate (calories at rest), measurements and more! The coach will then discuss goals and options with you to reach your goals.
