<p>Take your strength, flexibility, and coordination to new heights in this series that combines Kettlebell exercise with Marvin’s Kettlebell Yoga routine. This series will expand on the skills learned in the basic and beginner classes. Safety and performance are never at odds. The same skills used to keep the body safe are what make you strong. This series will also focus on spreading the load (a cool approach to getting strong) while continuing to perfect the 2-arm swing and hip hinge. Other parts of this series will focus on the Kettlebell snatch, Windmill, Kettlebell isometrics, stabilizing weak links, and breathing! Your heart, butt, back, arms, legs, feet, fingers, and core are gonna get fired up! So get excited as we continue together on the road to achieving the perfect balance of Yin and Yang. Prerequisite: completion of at least one basic or beginners series.</p>
