Push Prep is a special Prenatal Pilates Circuit class
developed for moms-to-be. Here, we’ll focus on preparing you for
the combination of strength and relaxation (yes, we said
relaxation) that your body requires to deliver a baby. The class is
safe for the majority of prenatal clients. If you have experienced
complications, please check with the teacher prior to signing up
for class. This class is also appropriate for postnatal clients who
want to ease back into Fuse (or get ready to begin it!)
