All classes start on-time and we do not allow late entrants so
that we maintain the integrity of the experience for all
clients.
Equipment Needed: Clip in cycling shoes (SPD or Look Delta)
required. Rent a pair for $3 in studio.
Are you new to Ryde or have questions about our power training
methodology? Then this is the class for you. We know that learning
something new can be intimidating, so let’s start at the beginning.
You’ll receive an proper bike fit, console explanation and
introduction to power training. This isn't a major workout, rather
a slower paced exploration workout so that you feel like a rockstar
the next time you get on a bike!
