Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa Flow is a more complete type of yoga class, as it typically moves through all of the various asana families ( i.e. standing postures, backbends, forward bends, etc. )
Recommended for the continuing beginner student and intermediate students. Pace is quicker and more challenging poses are introduced. This class is suitable for people who feel comfortable in Basics / All Levels and are looking for greater strength, stamina and flexibility.
