It's a truly profound time as you make your way into
motherhood. Prenatal yoga classes are geared towards keeping hips
healthy, providing gentle movement to continue to be mobile as
belly grows, helps reduce pain, cultivates a sense of calm, and
learn breath practices/techniques to take you through your
pregnancy, delivery and life with baby or babies.
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All levels of yoga and all
trimesters of pregnancy, including those newer to yoga
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Clients with an acute, active injury,
or those without doctor permission to practice yoga during
pregnancy
