<p>OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active life. As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite OnRamps before attending the normal class. The amount of time spent in OnRamp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in OnRamp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. The most important thing is to develop a solid foundation to build upon as you become a stronger and fitter you at your individual pace.</p>
