The Intermediate Series is a collection of 40+ postures taken from the Ghosh Advanced Class; a traditional practice consisting of 90+ postures. Focus is on upper body strength and deeper hip and spine opening.
This class builds on the Bikram beginner series. We teach the IRIS (Ida Ripley's Intermediate Series), which is a bridge between the beginner's class and a more advanced practice.
We recommend that students have at least 6 month's yoga experience and are familiar with the 26 posture beginner sequence.
