<p>This class is most definitely a head-to-toe butt kick! Arms, abs, and (yep, I’m going to say it) “ass”! At the end of this class you will literally feel like something kicked you in the derrière, pardon my French. We kick off this <em><strong>C</strong><strong>ombo Class</strong></em> with the 1st <strong>25-30min of Barre Bootcamp</strong>. We will begin with an amazing mobility warm up; from there it’s booty, arms, abs and all the muscles in between. This class intensely but sneakily builds until every muscle you have (…and forgot you had!) is tapped out! <em> </em>Next we move you into the <em><strong>Spin studio for 25-30min of heart pumping cardio and climbs</strong></em>.</p>
<p>This class <em><strong>will range from 50-60min</strong></em> moving from the Barre studio to spin and allowing you time to adjust you bike settings.</p>
<p><em>*If you have wrist, knee, or lower back issues don't hesitate to join this class, just listen to your body and follow the modifications!</em></p>
