This class is designed to work every muscle in the body in
an efficient, focused manner. It is appropriate for all ages and
all abilities, including newcomers - as our instructor is skilled
at providing modifications for beginners and new challenges for
experienced participants.
Pilates movements are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen
the body while incorporating mindfulness practices for maximum
benefit inside and out. Most movements are non-impact and
non-weight bearing. This is a challenging, safe method to
sculpt your body and enjoy the benefit of increased agility in your
every day movements.
