We desgined this class orignally for
our HyperMobile Clients. However, this class is fundamental
for nearly everyone. It is the absolute core fitness
underlying all of your movement requirements for life and for
recreations. After years of working with hyper-mobile
clients, we've developed protocols to bring alignment, stability,
and strength into a body otherwise, not entirely under your
command. We then realized that these same skills are also in the
categoy of great need for nearly everyone we see come into our
studio.
