This class develops the foundations of the human body and emphasizes the 3 principles of movement: structural integrity, ground force tension, and biorhythm. We incorporate myofascial release (MFR), breathing mechanics, and time under tension to create proper kinetic chain development needed for dynamic movement. This prepares the body to use proper tensions for pain free movement.
