Train in our pacing group with your individualized running program designed to get you to your race pace or participate as an enjoyable outdoor workout. We run on the sidewalks at Carmel Rd, just in front of our flagship facility and allow everyone to pace themselves with guided instruction on how to do so. 

All levels.

Training Time = 30-60 minutes (depending on program specifics for the day)

Coach led warm up and running specific drills followed by an outdoor running workout. Rain or shine.
