Experience the thrills of a classic circus art while secretly building strength and physical stamina. Build on the strength and skills gained in Trapeze 2. Trapeze 3 introduces more dynamic movements on the bar, such as beats and spinning, while increasing stamina through small sequences.
You must have instructor approval to attend any level above 1.
Prerequisites for Level 3:
Ability to do a full pullup
10 second hang under the bar
Level 2 pre-reqs (tuck to double knee hang for 10s, sit to stand, hip hang to catchers)
Attire: Tights, leggings, yoga pants, etc. of at least capri length or longer (covering the backs of the knees). As the tape on the trapeze can tear, please do not wear things that would damage it (e.g. zipper pulls, buttons, jewelry).
