<p>Class will cultivate presence by mindfully integrating breath and movement. We will begin with a warm up, continue to build an internal heat while moving through a dynamic flow.</p>
<p>Please keep in mind this is YOUR practice ~ Your best teacher resides within. Listen to your body and find the practice that best fits your needs. Each class is meant to be fun, active and encouraging. Classes will have a variety of music, normal room temperature, be fully guided and all end with a 5 to 10-minute savasana, a peaceful pose focused on relaxation and awareness. All classes have the same goal ~ awaken strength, flexibility and energy, and create a space for a mind-body connection.</p>
