Open Level Group classes combine Pilates Mat along with the resistence of the Spring Wall to create a full body class geared towards strength, functional mpvement, balance and coordination. The combination of the two adds depth and a greater challenge than Mat class alone while adding muscle tone and bone mass without adding bulk. Group Equipment classes may also incorporate the stability ball, foam roller, and balance disk.
Minimum 3 participants/Maximum 4 participants.
An instructor recommendation from an Open Level class will help guide you to the correct level should you choose to register for a Group Equipment Session. Group Equipment Sessions are scehduled in 4-5 week increments and are listed under the “Events” tab.
