Pitta classes are focused, and invigorating. These classes offer a challegne as they are held in a hot room with postures that are held for longer periods of time to allow the heat to seep into the body. When out of balance, Pitta energy can feel like irritability, perfectionism, and sometimes anger in the mind and body. These classes are designed to balance those energies by redirecting your attention to focus, let go of expectation, and find ways to effectively utilize all of your energy.
We are so excited to see you on the mat! Pre-registration for in person classes is not required, but highly encouraged. In-person attendance will be on a first come, first serve basis. If the 10 person capacity is met and you did not pre-register, you will kindly be asked to leave and encouraged to sign up ahead of time for a future class. Please wear your mask in the studio and in the lobby area. You may remove your mask once you are settled on your mat for practice.
