Our Group Rehab Classes are ran by either a Physiotherapist (Physio) or Exercise Physiologist (EP)
These classes are ideal for you if you have or are recovering from an injury or illness and are wanting some guidance to get your health and rehab back on track. These classes consist of 4-5 people in a class with each person performing an exercise program individually tailored to them based on their stage of injury, health & goals. We use varying equipment, and evidence based exercises to help you get the very best out of your body.
Anyone who attends these classes will require an initial assessment so that we can develop your very own program.
You may need subsequent re-assessments throughout your rehab to enable us to continue to help you improve & achieve your goals.
