This class continues to build on the beginner exercises by
increasing the degree of difficulty, pace & number of
exercises. There is also an emphasis on “flow”, moving from one
exercise to the next with a minimum of motion, in order to increase
the cardiovascular benefits.
Prerequisite: Beginning or Intermediate Mat or instructor
approval.
