Strength at the Studio is a unique experience of progressive strength programming offered in a small group. While some workouts stay the same for the month as you progress in weight and reps, others mix it up each week to keep things fresh. These classes are designed to give you a total body workout as we combine your foundational strength lifts with a mix of agility and cardio too.
