<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Vata classes are energizing, creative and focused towards balancing the body by allowing opportunity to move and express yourself freely. When out of balance, vata energy can feel like anxiety, spaciness, or unorganized in the mind and body. The goal of our vata classes is to bring a sense of balance and clarity back into the anxious mind. </span></p>
<p>We are so excited to see you on the mat! <strong>Pre-registration for in person classes is not required, but highly encouraged.</strong> In-person attendance will be on a first come, first serve basis. If the 10 person capacity is met and you did not pre-register, you will kindly be asked to leave and encouraged to sign up ahead of time for a future class. Please wear your mask in the studio and in the lobby area. You may remove your mask once you are settled on your mat for practice.
