A lesson of vinyasa flow yoga practiced in our studio heated:
the micrcoclima created facilitates detoxification and cleansing of
the body through sweat and breath.
In class performing various sequences of postures useful to gain
strength and endurance, improve flexibility, balance and
concentration, increase the sense of space and freedom, synchronize
your breath with movement, trying to link closely one position to
another.
It is a class challenging but invigorating, detoxifying the body
and mind. It will help, over time, to hit and make the experience a
Yoga meditation in motion.
The teacher is bilingual, the lesson is driven both in English and
in Italian: Italian welcome both students, both foreigners.
