Students will stay in postures for several minutes in order to stretch past the muscles and begin to stretch and break up the fascia. Great for athletes!</div>

<div>Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down and acts like a guided meditation. The facilitator guides you into a relaxed state of awareness through sleep and awake. This practice is very beneficial and provides deep rest and nourishment. </div>
