Each flow is uniquely designed to direct focus inward with a slow and mindful warm-up that leads to longer holding postures, helping you to feel grounded and centered, increasing awareness, stamina and strength. This is a led class with instruction for the beginner student with modifications offered to challenge the more experienced yogis in class.
