<div>This class combines strength, balance and flexibility to create a strong practice for body, mind and spirit. Each practice will include a mixture of sun salutations, standing, seated, and balancing asanas along with core work and inversions to create a full, well-rounded and efficient 60-minute practice. The practice will be strong, but modifications will be offered to accommodate mixed levels of experience, strength and flexibility.</div>
