Learn the foundations of the Ashtanga Primary series:
Traditional sequence of postures linked with breath, bandhas
(locks) and dristhti (gaze) to systematically open the body (panic
channels), cleanse the senses and clear the mind while producing a
purifying internal heat. This sweaty practice has the power to heal
and transform the body if practiced in a sustainable way. Some
experience is helpful, but anyone who is interested can do the
practice (with modifications).
Beginners are encouraged to commit to 3 times or more per week to build strength and stamina. Level 2 Guided Full Primary is offered on Sundays at 8am at Carrollton.
Benefits can be felt immediately and seen over time. Your body will change if you commit to this practice for 90 days.
