<p>A deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing, and an extended savasana (final resting pose). This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension. Beginner level class seeking to reduce the effects of stress.</p>
<p>Students will be guided into postures with the use of props to open their bodies to allow complete relaxation. Restorative postures are held for longer periods of time to relax the body, mind and spirit. This gentle practice is beneficial for anyone and can be a complement to more active yoga practices.</p>
