<p>Every boot camp class lasts approximately 60 minutes. Our boot camps are a challenging mix of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. This BLT bootcamp focuses on Butt, Legs, and Tummy (Core). Every exercise has its own progression and regression to cater to all individuals.</p>
