<p class="font_8">This class centers our effort on releasing deep myofascial cartilidge within the body due to old injuries or work-related postural pain. We use yoga postures and breathing techniques to lock in on trigger points of deep tension for active/passive release. We also use the Dharma Yoga Wheel to assist gentle back-bending positions. Truely a deep tension release class for all skill levels! </p>
