<p>Any exercise can be incorporated into the Tabata training. The basic outline of the Tabata training method is as follows:</p>

<p>- 20 seconds of intense training</p>
<p>- 10 seconds of rest</p>
<p>- Total of 8 sessions or rounds</p>
