<p>Back to Basics is a therapeutic yoga class run by YogaMedics, focusing on alignment basics. The class is designed for all students with or without specific physical aliments, and focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the hips, hamstrings, and core. Emphasis is on opening up areas that cause back, neck and shoulder pain; as well as, provide knowledge to allow a long lasting physical yoga practice. Please reserve your spot online or call the studio to do so--space is limited to 8 students!</p>
