Beginning with long held Restorative or Yin postures, moving through simple flows to intentionally open physical space in the body, and returning once more to poses that encourage relaxation. The slow pace will allow practitioners to cultivate deep breath, body awareness and mindfulness. Opportunities for strength building will be offered but the primary intention of this class is to tap into physical sensation, to check in with personal energy and explore the subtle body. </span></p>
