Build strength, grace, and fluidity in your body by moving in a more cardiovascular way during the part of the class where we explore Vinyasa style yoga to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Explore Yin Yoga, where we will hold poses for 2-5 minutes, allowing deep stretching in our connective tissues. This meditative practice is the ultimate balance to a Vinyasa practice.</p>
<p>Sometimes the Vinyasa comes first, other times the Yin comes first. Either way, you'll leave feeling like a new person!</p>
