These classes will challenge you with more advanced transitions & asanas, such as arm balances & inversions. Be prepared to move & sweat. The level 2-3 practitioner is one who knows how to honor their body’s needs & capabilities, modifying as needed & knowing when to take a rest. Touching your toes not required.</p>
