In this high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
class, you will experience a high intensity, mixed impact
workout to deliver a total-body cardio and conditioning experience
unlike any other. HIIT is one of the most efficient ways to burn
fat and increase your metabolism. Leave class feeling sweaty,
inspired, and ready to take on anything. ***Please note
that until social distancing restrictions are lifted, all HIIT
classes will focus on strength training, and not
