<p>We will guide you thru a moderate-paced flow of changing postures working on a range of balance and strength. We will focus on controling your breathe as we move thru our Vinyasa (Vin).</p>
<p>The last half of class will move us into Yin postures for a range of deep stretches and tension release. Yin postures allow us time for self-meditation. Come to be challenged!</p>
