A full body workout focused on the classical Pilates principles and fundamentals of the classical Pilates exercises with an emphasis on form. Just like the open level mat class the exercises are focused and sequenced to provide a profound challenge to the core, and multi directional movements that strengthen and stretch, resulting in uniform strength and better posture. The slower pace of the class allows those who are new to Pilates to learn the Pilates principles and correct form of exercises while those who are more advanced can focus on the depth of the work while refining their understanding of the system, all without sacrificing any of the challenge.
All levels welcome, but the class is targeted towards beginners and those new to Pilates. Max capacity 15 people.
