<p>Your core is more than ‘six pack abs’, much more. We will explore the full core, working from the inner legs to the sternum; front, side, back, inside and out. Cultivating not only a felt sense of a spiritual center but understanding how Core strength/awareness is also mobility and balance. We will do some isolated work, and then move into a space of working the core as a unit in the context of a basic yoga flow.</p>
