This class emphasizes awareness, alignment, and breath to
provide a safe and stable environment for students to explore both
movement and stillness. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a
softer focus to end your day.
This class consists of a beginning breath work, followed by a
short gentle flow designed to help let go of stress and tension in
body and mind. Don't worry, progressions are offered to meet you
where you are at.
The session finishes with guided meditation from many
traditions which may include: Mantra meditation, guided imagery,
mindfulness etc. and a deeply relaxing savasana. Head and neck
massage is offered to complete the session.
