<p class="p1">If you have plateaued in pole and/or want to level up, then consistent conditioning is key. In this 60 minute class, you will perform different strength drills, both on and off the pole. This class provides a full-body strength training workout intended to compliment your current routine! The basic conditioning skills used in this class are apporopriate for all levels.</p>
