Vinyasa is our signature style. Vinyasa I uses movements between poses and sun salutations accompanied by regulated breathing. In this class you’ll never fall into the slump that can set in when you repeat the same routine over and over. Instructors are totally free to mix up the order of the poses, or throw in something new and unexpected. Since there are no set-in-stone rules, teachers can incorporate whatever they choose into the class—including different styles of yoga, a great playlist, props whatever they think will help the class feel more successful.
Deep Stretch is what we do. We all know that deep can mean mysterious, like how mysterious is it that you feel inflexible? But did you know that stretch is not only to expand or extend, but also to reach out. In this case you will reach out of your comfort zone and feel the benfits of longer held poses to create that spacious mystery inside your body!
