<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare for an invigorating experience with our fast-paced, heart-pounding session designed to elevate your heart rate. Unlike some of our other workouts, this front crawl sprint-focused session incorporates shorter distances and various swim gear for an intense training experience. Additionally, the session offers optional multi-stroke efforts for those seeking a diversified workout (note: participation in other strokes is entirely optional).</span></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Features:</strong><strong><br /></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">‍- Emphasis on shorter swim efforts at max or near max efforts, utilising kit to add resistance and gain power.<br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">- Optional multi stroke parts of the sessions for any swimmers that want to develop other strokes.<br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">- A perfect complime nt to our other sessions.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimium Swim Criteria to join<br /></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Swimmers must be able to swim at least 200m of non-stop and proficient front crawl in approximately 2:30 per 100m.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Participants must be 18 years or older.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim session; attendees must have a basic proficiency in front crawl.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Swim Kit Required for a South West Swim Squad Session:<br /></span></strong><span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">*Note: If it's your first trial session, don't worry if you don't have any swim gear. While essential for long-term participation in squad, it can be acquired once you know our sessions are for you and we can also reccomend which paddles are right for you at this time.<br /><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Mandatory Training Aids - </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To make the most out of your session<br /></span></span>Equipment is available to purchase from South West Swim with a 5% squad discount. Head to the SWS Store via your booking account.<br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Costume (Gents: Swim jammers, swim briefs, or swim trunks; avoid swim shorts or beach shorts as these simply create drag)</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">-‍ Goggles</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Pull Buoy</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Fins</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Paddles (Advice on the right paddles for you can be provided for you once we have seen you swim)</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Full Drinks Bottle</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Optional but Useful Training Aids:</span></strong><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">-‍ Centre Snorkel</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">‍- Finis Tempo Trainer (Recommended for Tuesday & Thursday sessions especially)<br />- This session may also use t-shirts and you may be asked to bring one along on occasion. Parachiutes may also be used on occasion, provided by South West Swim.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cancellation Policy - Important:</span></strong><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- The cancellation window for all squad sessions (regardless of reason, including illness) is 24 hours before the session start time.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Cancellations or no-shows after this point are charged as normal, ensuring a fair system for swimmers and South West Swim.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Please use the booking system or mobile app to cancel, cancellations are not accepted via phone, text, email as these may be missed.<br /></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy in order to provide a fair system to all swimmers and South West Swim.</span></p>
