Why Anahata yoga?
Learning how to go deeper into our hearts through yoga, meditation and affirmations, to have a healthful and joyful life.
Anahata Yoga is a heart (4thchakra) centered practice designed to bring students to a higher level of awareness and to deeply connect, expand, and awaken their hearts through asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. We’ll also use affirmations and chants to intentionallyproduce a heartfelt positive emotional state, which is the key for coherence.
“Coherence is the state when the heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment and cooperation,” HeartMath Institute Research Director Dr. Rollin McCraty says. “It is a state that builds resiliency – personal energy is accumulated, not wasted – leaving more energy to manifest intentions and harmonious outcomes.”
After a single Anahata Yoga class you will feel:
