<p>Barre Flow is a full body conditioning class that incorporates Lower, upper and core exercises, while focusing on strength, flexibility, stability and control. Barre blends basic dance positions, Pilates and Yoga. Doing the class without an actual “ Barre” frees up more space for participants, and develops kinaesthetic awareness in the standing exercises. Paired with Vinyasa Flow, this is the perfect low impact class for everyone.</p>
<p>HIIT combines High Intensity Interval Training with yoga poses. High Intensity Interval Yoga activates your fast twitch muscle fibres to tone, tighten and sculpt your muscles for great sculpt and definition. It improves your cardio health, metabolism, fat and calorie-burning mechanism, plus it triggers an afterburn effect that keeps those benefits going for 24-48 hours!</p>
