<p>Core Vinyasa Yoga links a powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements. Often referred to as meditation in motion. It is a flow that has many different levels, allowing beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The poses in this class focus on strengthening the core which includes way more than just the abs. The major muscles included are the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal muscles, mid to lower back muscles, the diaphragm and the glutes. This flow will strengthen your core, centre you and relax your mind.</p>
